FOR THE BALSAMIC Coating

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon nectar
salt and crisp ground pepper, to taste
dried parsley, for enhancement
Directions
Preheat stove to 400F.
Oil a rimmed preparing sheet with cooking splash and put aside.
