No-Bake Pineapple Cheesecake
State Aloha! to your new most loved no-heat cheesecake formula! This No-Bake Pineapple Cheesecake is very light and velvety, made with cream cheddar and pineapple.
Fixings:
30 vanilla wafers, finely smashed (around 1 glass)
3 Tbsp. spread or margarine, liquefied
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1 can (8 oz.) smashed pineapple in juice, depleted with juice held, isolated
3 pkg. (8 oz. every) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, mollified
3/4 container sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, defrosted
Guidelines:
Blend wafer scraps, spread and cinnamon; press onto base of 9-inch springform dish.
Sprinkle gelatine over held pineapple squeeze in little pot; let stand 1 min. Cook on low warmth 3 min. or on the other hand until gelatine is totally disintegrated, mixing sporadically. Beat cream cheddar and sugar in huge bowl with blender until mixed. Slowly beat in gelatine blend until mixed. Refrigerate 30 min. or on the other hand until somewhat thickened.
Whisk pineapple and COOL WHIP into cream cheddar blend; pour over outside layer. Refrigerate 5 hours.
